Mission Statement

HOSOIC is a dynamic Church empowered by God through the Holy Spirit to communicate the Good News of the Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, and to bring peace, hope and prosperity to all the people in our Church, community and throughout the world.

Principles of Faith

We affirm that the Holy Bible is God’s revelation to mankind, and that it is inspired by God, it is without error [in the original manuscripts], it is an accurate record of the history and future of mankind, and that it depicts the birth, life, death and resurrection of the Savior of all mankind, our Lord Jesus Christ, and is therefore the sole basis for our faith. We also believe strongly that Christianity is all about the good news of Jesus Christ.We regard the scriptures of the Holy Bible as authoritative in all matters of faith, practice, and principle. This church affirms the Pentecostal and Charismatic Doctrinal Statement, which is the baptism of the Holy Spirit and; through water, with the Trinity: God the father, the son (WORD) and the Holy Spirit as the center message of the Church. The ordinances of the church are baptism and the Holy Communion.

Our Story

Explore the word of God with HOSOIC, a Christian ministry in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Our Church is designed to build a small, faith-based community within our city for discipleship and outreach, creating a group of Bible-believing people who practice faith every day. We meet the needs of multicultural and diverse families who are searching for a place to learn skills, participate, and feel included. Some of our members have come from remote parts of the world, and so, together as one, we strive to make a difference locally and internationally.
